What is your order minimum and case minimum?
Our first and re-order minimum is $200.
All our products come in cases of 6.
What is your lead time?
Our current lead time is 3-5 business days.
Am I allowed to sell on 3rd party sites?
Re-selling any Crystal Bar Soap products on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. is strictly prohibited. If we find out you are re-selling on any of these sites, your wholesale account will be revoked. Please check out our terms of service for more information.
Do you offer white label?
Crystal Bar Soap does not offer white label. If we find you relabeling our products to sell under a different name your wholesale account will be revoked.
A product I want is sold out. What should I do?
Our team is still experiencing production delays due to COVID-19, but we are working hard to get all of your favorites back in stock as soon as possible! We recommend ordering what is in stock now and trying out a new scent or product to keep your sales going. If you’re interested in purchasing a sold out product, be sure to sign up for back in stock notifications to receive an email once it’s back!
Pro tip: Inventory is added to our site at the beginning of each week, so we highly recommend placing orders and checking what’s been restocked on Tuesday's or Wednesday's!
Can I order testers?
We do not offer testers at this time. Please stay tuned for future wholesale emails for any updates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you offer any display items for stockist?
We offer display signs. Check out our Extras page or our Merch Guide for tips on how to display our products and increase your sell-through rate!
Do you offer exclusivity?
As part of our Terms of Service, Crystal Bar Soap does not offer exclusivity to any account for any reason. We find that our wholesalers tend to have a high sell through rates regardless of surrounding stores nearby and we carry such a wide range of SKU's that they do not tend to overlap.
SHIPPING & DAMAGES
How do you ship your products?
All of our products are wrapped, placed in boxes of 6, covered with kraft crinkle paper and shipped in cardboard boxes to prevent breakages.
What is your default shipping carrier?
We ship either USPS or UPS Ground depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
I received damaged product(s). What should I do?
If you have received broken or damaged products, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which products were damaged, and a picture of the damaged product for our records. We request that all damages are reported within 5 business days in order to receive a credit or replacement.
Due to the continual summer heat in some areas, melted or leaky body butters may occur in transit. Please avoid leaving your packages outside in the hot summer sun when possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We do not accept any returns unless authorized by one of our team members. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are non-refundable.
I have a Crystal Bar Soap product that is not selling. What should I do?
We recommend giving our products a try for at least 90-days. If the product is still not selling in your shop after this time period, we can offer a buy-back to exchange the product for something that will sell in your shop. Please email our team for more info.
Please note: Our buy-back policy is only eligible for orders placed directly on our wholesale website.

What is your MSRP?
Our MSRP for US stockists can be found here. Undercutting our pricing may result in suspension of your wholesale account.
Do your products come pre-boxed?
Our essential chakra set is the only product sold as a set and comes in its own box.
Our body butters are also shipped in boxes, but they can be removed for displays.
What ingredients do you use?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free and phthalate-free.
