What is your lead time?

Our current lead time is about 1 week and we ship all orders directly from our studio in Los Angeles. During Q4, our lead time may increase from 1 to 2 weeks so please keep this in mind for holiday ordering. 

What is your order minimum and case pack minimum?

Our first and re-order minimum is $100. All of our bars are sold as individuals and we have recently offered bulk ordering for our Body Butter line. 

What are your best sellers?

We have definitley seen a difference between what a best seller is online vs what does best in store. 

ONLINE: Our best sellers in order from Most to lease is Essential Chakra Set, Phoenix Rising, Moon Child, Void of Course, and Sea Goddess.
IN STORE: We have personally seen that our classic large soaps such as Spirit of Eternity, Peace Bridge, Fountain of Prosperity, Unconditional Love do very well in store. Customer most often ask to see soaps for certain stores like one for love, one for success etc which is why these soaps do so well. We also suggest our Exclusive Elements Collection that we push online and lastly our Crystal Body Butters are packaged perfectly for in stores!

Am I allowed to sell on other 3rd party sites?  

Re-selling Crystal Bar Soap products on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc. is strictly prohibited. If we find out that you are re-selling on any of these sites, your account approval will be revoked. Please check out our terms of service for more information. 

What is your return/exchange policy? 

We do not accept any returns unless authorized by one of our team members. If you received damaged or broken product, we will happily send you replacements or offer you a credit that can be applied to your future order. We require proof of damage and ask that you send us an image of the damaged merchandise before requesting replacements.  
Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not available on seasonal or special scents.

How should I order for the holidays? 

Due to increased demand, our lead time can run up to two weeks during the holiday season. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. 

When is payment due? 

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.  

What is your recommended MSRP/RRP? 

HEMP: Price $2 more than products without hemp. 
We request that you sell our products at the minimum MSRP listed above. 

What is your default shipping carrier? 

We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS, you have the option to pick your own shipping option at checkout and depending on the site of your order these tend to be the cheapest options. Pick-Ups at our studio are available for local Los Angeles stores. Please contact us at wholesale@crystalbarsoap.com to receive a code for pick ups. Please note, we do not offer drop shipping.
